U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan recently issued a 16-page opinion rejecting former President Donald Trump’s claims of selective and vindictive prosecution in his federal election subversion case. In her ruling, Judge Chutkan stated that Trump provided no meaningful evidence to support his allegations that the prosecution was politically motivated by President Joe Biden.
