Buffalo, New York, is 231 miles, 372 kilometers, northwest of Conklin, New York, with an estimated driving time between the two cities of some three and one-half hours. If, there were no stops during the journey, and one could average over 65 miles an hour.
Brianna Keilar's Big Lie
... selling the story of self-radicalization
After his swearing in and inaugural address, now President Biden stopped his motorcade so he could walk a short distance to the White House. Keilar and her CNN crew were stationed along the route where they had been told in advance that Biden, circumstances permitting, would begin the walk to number 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
'Mr President, Mr President', Keilar called out, and yet the newly inaugurated, 46th President of the United States did not acknowledge the CNN newsreader. Obviously, Keilar was well aware of the enormity of her anticipated triumph, that is, being one of the first to speak to the new president, and the only newsreader to do so along his walking route to the First House of the United States.
Keilar realized that her anticipated triumph, was not to be.
As things did not materialize as the CNN newsreader had planned, in reaction to the perceived slight, Brianna Keilar in a distinctly nasal snarl tone of voice, one that she adopts characteristically, when she is rebuffed, speaking to the those on-air back at the station, Keilar stated, 'I guess he is not speaking to the press.'
And, that is a reasonable summary of what happened in those few moments, but it is far from the full story.
It is worth considering that those close to Biden knew with moral certainty that CNN's Brianna Keilar had knowingly created a false narrative surrounding the known facts related to the Nashville Christmas Day bombing.
One ought to consider that in his inaugural address, the 46th President of the United States, Joseph R Biden, stated:
'And, we must reject a culture in which facts themselves are manipulated and even manufactured.
There is truth and there are lies.
Lies told for power and for profit.
And each of us has a duty and responsibility, as citizens, as Americans, and especially as leaders – leaders who have pledged to honor our Constitution and protect our nation — to defend the truth and to defeat the lies.
That democracy and hope, truth and justice, did not die on our watch but thrived.'
The point here is that the Biden team had no intention of rewarding Keilar or her CNN handler's for their gross, if not describable as obscene, prefabrication masquerading as news coverage.
Dana Bash led Keilar into her segment
It should be noted that at various times CNN has branded itself as 'the most trusted name in news', and how many times has Tapper and other CNN newsreaders exhorted politicians that they were, 'entitled to their own opinions, but not to their own facts.'
Brianna Keilar's telling of the Nashville Christmas Day bombing story was a master class in what President Biden referenced as, 'a culture in which facts themselves are manipulated and even manufactured.'
The Nashville Christmas Day bomber, according to Keilar, came out of nowhere. There was not a scintilla of fact or rumor that would have led anyone, at any time, to suspect that the Christmas Day bomber was in anyway capable of such an act.
This was clearly an example of a self-radicalized individual, acting alone, whose predilection towards enacting such violence, came as a complete surprise, even to those closest to the bomber. And, this is the problem for law enforcement interdicting these kinds of self-radicalized individuals, Keilar emphasized, who it seems, only come to anyone's attention after they carry out their violent, and often carnage-ridden acts.
To lend weight to this scenario, Keilar had none other than the epitome, a veritable pillar of integrity, truth and honesty, Andrew McCabe, standing by, to say, '... yes Brianna, this is the problem for law enforcement, these self-radicalized individuals, may have, as seems to be the case with the Christmas Day bomber, made up his mind to act only some thirty-days before, when he quick deeded his property to a former acquaintance's daughter. And this is the problem with the self-radicalized, in general.'
And, today (1 June 2022), the same Andrew McCabe on CNN with Anderson Cooper, refers to the behavior of the Uvalde Chief of Police, as 'sickening". Well, its Cooper and CNN, after all.
And, there is the Christmas Day bomber story, according to Keilar — rod, line and sinker.
The problem with the whole Keilar and McCabe self-radicalized Nashville Christmas Day bomber individual acting within weeks from the idea to kill, to actually killing, is that it is an utter and complete prefabrication, a big lie.
... August 2019, 16 months before
By the end of the penultimate week of August 2019, there had been, at least, three meetings between Nashville area law enforcement officials, both local and federal, concerning activities and actions associated with the Christmas Day bomber and bombing.
Although the order of the meetings between a legal representative, the female occupant of the bomber's residence, and the Nashville Police, is now shrouded in Crimean mystery, there is no dispute that the female occupant, in the presence of legal council, told the Nashville Police that the bomber was making bombs at that residence, which she witnessed. She stated in no uncertain terms that she was concerned for her own safety.
As the only documented outcome of that meeting, the Nashville police dispatched two police officers to the residence in question, they rang the doorbell, received no response, got back into their patrol car and drove away.
... if, at first, you don't succeed
In a separate meeting arranged by a legal representative of the female sharing the property with the bomber and the Nashville Police, the female resident attempted to turn over to the police several handguns that she stated she no longer felt safe having at the property.
That meeting disintegrated into a long legal discussion of whether she had the right to turn over to the police handguns that did not belong to her actually. Her stated concern for her safety was not, according to the Nashville Police, the primary consideration once the handgun ownership and control issue was raised.
At that juncture, a legal representative with the presence of mind and a desire to advance the safety of their client, would have asked for a few moments to consult with their client, in private.
After which the client would have acquiesced to the Nashville Police's judgement that she did not have the right to remove the handguns from the residence, and because of that fact, she could not turn those guns over to them.
All she needed to say was, yes officers, I removed property from that residence that does not belong to me, and from that moment the residence would become a crime scene.
Not even in Dixie/kkk/Confederate/Trump Country, would a judge refuse a search warrant for a crime scene, when the stolen property was brought by the perpetrator to the Police Station, who not only admitted the theft, but also voluntarily handed the stolen property over to the police, in the presence of their own legal council.
But the story of the Christmas Day bomber and bombing, gets a lot better, or worse, depending on your point of view.
... a tip to the FBI, August 2019
An individual from the Nashville area, contacted the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and told them he had been inside an RV parked within a wood view-obscuring fenced-in area behind a residence in the city of Nashville.
And, while in that RV with the male occupant of the residence, he observed the future Christmas Day bomber fabricating pipe bombs.
Naturally, the FBI agents inquired as to the level of understanding the tipster had to make such a judgement. Remembering that at this juncture, what the agents had was an individual member 0f the public, most likely unknown to them, coming to them with a very serious allegation.
Although, this is just the kind of information that the Justice Department spends 100s of million of dollars a year trying to get members of the public to bring to them. Still, all the agents had was an individual with a story, suggesting some individual, or individuals, at a certain place and time, did, or are alleged to have done, this, that, or the other.
The level of expertise to make such a judgement, could be as simple as, he said to me he was making pipe bombs. Alternatively, after leaving the RV, the tipster went home, typed pipe bomb into the browser, then clicked the images window, and saw in those images many of the things the male occupant of the residence was using to make pipe bombs in the RV in his backyard, voilà.
The FBI, although, they never attempted to gain entry to the house or RV, and yet they spent nearly six-weeks, it is unclear whether the surveillance was daily or periodic, observing the bomb maker's residence and the now infamous RV cloistered in his backyard.
... the Nashville Christmas Day bomber, targeted the AT&T facility, specifically
Despite rather valiant, albeit feeble ultimately, attempts by AT&T to close the door on any suggestion that there was any association, and especially no contentious relations, between themselves and the Nashville IT expert bomber, the location of the explosion, appears to be aimed at the AT&T switching facility, with the intent of doing as much damage to that facility as possible.
Although the rebukes aimed at those investigating a possible AT&T-bomber link are often scoffing, that is, contemptuously ridiculing as it were, nonetheless and at the same time, AT&T finds it difficult to square its above the extremist fray image, with the fact that its far right-wing media outlet, often makes Carlson of Fox News, seem rational by comparison. And, Tucker Carlson, is not rational.
Whether an association is proved, it is undeniable that AT&T's supremacists spouting media business is a breeding ground for extremism.
And, from that quarter, AT&T cannot squirm out of.
... racist socialization, or self-radicalization, that is the question, & the heartache
When a young woman was asked how she could write such 'racist filth' on a website associated with White House senior adviser, Stephen Miller, she replied that, 'she did not see anything wrong with what she was writing, because that was the kind of talk, she heard in her own home, all the time.'
A number of reporters, as in journalists, in distinction from the newsreaders with which we are all too familiar, have taken up the challenge to investigate, whether those race-hate spouting parents, worked at any job or in a profession which would require them to swear under oath to uphold the laws of their state, and of the United States, which prima facie, would appear to be incompatible with their child-rearing practices.
Perhaps, the most fruitful exposé being developed concerns the Floridian golf-cart rider, who waved his fist and shouted white power to a reporter. Nonetheless, if it can be established that every individual that had dealings with the exposé subject, has grounds for review of their interactions with the subject, stretching over decades, perhaps, though delayed, justice can and will, be served.
And, that is where we are, as the largely ethnically and politically homogenous illiberal media manipulates the facts as it suits their agenda, and where the facts are not amenable to such, they manufacture facts to fit their chosen narrative.
So, the mass shooter of Buffalo, is not the product of a racist upbringing, that is to say, the year in, year out racist rants with which he was inculcated, did not affect him in any way, manner, shape or form, whatsoever. The sum total of his self-described racist world view was acquired, because he got caught up in what he read about white supremacy on the ubiquitous internet.
However, that scenario fails under close scrutiny.
A few days ago, during the third week of May, a reporter observed a small group of the neighbors of the Buffalo mass shooter, holding a vigil outside of the mass shooter's home in Conklin. A few of the neighbors once they realized that a member of the press was also there, approached the reporter, and told her that the only thing she needed to understand was that this is Trump country, which in Broome County, New York, is Klan territory. Since the advent of Mike Pence, it is more properly referred to as the Kluless Kluts Klan.
Conklin is a community of some 5000 inhabitants, in what was not too long ago thought of as part of the rich diverse cultural tapestry of America. In Conklin, that equates to a population where some 40% of the population is equally divided between those of Irish and German ancestry, another 15%, 11%, and 5% are English, Italian, and of Polish descent, respectively. And, the description of 71% still does not include the paternal lineage that includes the Buffalo mass shooter's heritage.
Trump country in current parlance is an euphemism for adherence to the ideology of the Klan, the Kluless Kluts Klan, and promotes the idea that because their numbers are being diminished, and they are being replaced by non-superior peoples, its us against them, so forget your heritage, and from now on, you are either white, or you are not.
This simplistic understanding, and klan propaganda that depicts America as a nation of either blacks or whites, is greatly aided by the US media, and their increasing use of on-line news outlets as news sources, Buzz Feed News plays right into this racist reporting. In reality, the neighborhood in Buffalo that the news media suggests is ethnically homogenous has the same rich tapestry of cultural diversity that Conklin does. But that would require at least a hint of investigative reporting skills, which the script writers at these news outlets do not possess, and operate as though they do not need.
In fact, Buffalo has for some time exhibited a demographic shift, and not one mention of that fact in the feeding frenzy about the mass shooting, ever. But, of course, no one would want their reporting, if they did.
There is a group photograph of the staff of Buzz Feed News circulating, which illustrates the lack of diversity within their ranks, with exacting precision.
MSNBC, Ali Velshi's, 'if you ain't white, and you ain't Christian ... .'
It has not escaped the attention of observers that Velshi has cut a new promo for MSNBC in which he extolls the virtues of a democratic Ukraine. Unfortunately his, 'if, you ain't white, and if, you ain't Christian ...' slur, has legs and the chorus of disapproval is only growing. Perhaps, now he will return to his 'growing an Afro' genre of racist humor.
One young resident of Conklin of Northern European descent commented that she had, '... repeatedly, witnessed overt racism in the city.'
... the fulfilment of Trump's father's dream
... Mike Pence, is the high priest of the Kluless Kluts Klan
When Donald Trump was first introduced to Mike Pence, and was told that Pence was the guy to be his vice presidential running mate, Trump was frankly bewildered, and asked, are you sure this is the guy.
He was so, unaware of Pence and why he, of all people, was being brought onto the ticket that on several occasions he made his bewilderment about Pence known to members of the press. 'I just could not figure why they were telling me that Pence was the one', he said, to various personalities from his favorite news outlets.
Trump's bewilderment, however, was laid to rest, when it was conveyed to him, in no uncertain terms, that Mike Pence represented the fulfillment of one of his father's dreams — having a klansman in the White House. And further that Trump without the support of the klan, could not win. And, that is what Mike Pence is, a klansman.
Pence has always stated that his first duty was not to the Constitution of the United States of America, to which he publicly swore allegiance, hand on Bible.
An Ivy League political scientist, documented that at one time, and not too long ago, every member of the Indiana state legislature was either a member of the klan, or had been endorsed by the klan, or both.
Despite decades of vehement denials by Donald Trump that his father was never associated with the kkk, police and newspaper documents, record that not only was Fred Christ Trump an active participant in Klan activities, he was arrested in full klan regalia, hood and gown, during a 1927 Memorial Day klan riot in Queens in which two Roman Catholic Italian Americans were killed, in fact, clobbered to death by club-wielding hooded klansmen. - https://www.theoxfordscientist.com/donald-j-trump---like-father-like-son.html -
As a result of this and others acts of violence, the largely ethnically German klan was unceremoniously forced to retreat from New York City, and moved their headquarters to the county seat of Broome County. The home county of the Buffalo, remember self-radicalized, mass shooter.
Broome County was before, that is why the klan located there, and has been a race-hate rearing community, ever since. So much so, that a father of British descent reported that when his kids' sports team play in areas like Conklin, because they are a diverse team, they have to endure racists remarks and chants, not only from the other players, but also from their parents.
Students from the racialized communities report frequently being called the N-word on the open spaces of the campus and in the classrooms, when they complain to administrators, they are told the administration cannot be held responsible for the racial attitudes of some of their students. Which is a lie on a campus that receives federal funds.
The full-field investigation that is being conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation into the Conklin mass shooter, will delve into all of these matters, and it should be remembered that the FBI, post-Barr, does not ignore violations of federal law. Parents, adults, chanting racial abuse at children during sporting events, administrators failing to act to safeguard students, and we have not mentioned that locals know which members of the police force are also klan members, which is illegal.
... Donald Trump, like the Buffalo mass shooter, is a product of a race-hate upbringing
parenting, or self-radicalization, that is the question, & the heartache
Photographs of Fred Christ Trump, born Drumpf, and Mary Anne Trump on credenza in the Oval Office
... at the age of 13, Donald Trump had been deemed (adjudged), in fact, and in law, to be an incorrigible, and was sentenced (plea deal) to 5 years mandatory detention in a military academy boarding school until he was 18
With Pence on the ticket, and then in the White House, for a short while, 'build that wall' Donald Trump could dwell in the albeit idiosyncratic belief that he had achieved something that he had never been able to achieve, while his father was alive, and that is, to show his father that he was not an utter and complete loser, and a weak one at that.
But the fate that will forevermore be associated with Mike Pence is that when he would not do Trump's final bidding and interfere with the transition of power from the loser to the winner, Trump told his mob to 'hang, Mike Pence'.
A fitting epitaph for the klansman from Indiana, if ever, there was one.
Trump sent his agents to remove Pence from the Capitol, and knowing the man he had served and what he was capable of doing, Pence refused to get into the limousine, in mortal fear that it was, in fact, a hearse.
Mike Pence told the agents, while fearing for his life, 'you are not the ones that will be driving that vehicle, actually'.
It must be remembered that it is an attempt to coverup the exchange of information between secret service agents dispatched to the Capitol by Trump to take Pence into custody, as it were, and the White House that is the primary reason the secret service has tried to destroy all communications on that day. A clear example of obstruction of justice, a very clear example.
Donald placed an adoring picture of his father on the credenza behind the Resolute desk. Whenever Pence was photographed standing behind Trump seated at the desk, he was careful to tell the photographers and camera operators to make sure that both he and the photo of Trump's klansman father were clearly visible in any images, still, film or video.
At the age of 13, Donald Trump had been deemed (adjudged), in fact, and in law, to be an incorrigible. Not only because of his history of trouble at school, but he did something, and a plea deal was struck, to the effect that in lieu of confinement in a juvenile detention facility, Donald was going to have to spend the next five years at a boarding-school military academy.
Whatever, Donald did, he received a mandatory, five-year detention in a facility sentence, from which he could not be released until he turned 18. At which time a further hearing would determine, whether he would be released, or made to stand trial as an adult, for the offences he committed as a juvenile, because there is a specific code section that extends the statute of limitations, beyond the five-year limitation for the specific offenses that Donald committed.
Which, makes it possible to narrow the possibilities, through a process akin to reverse engineering, as it were, as to the nature of Donald Trump's offences, right? That is to say, it was one of the offences that the five-year statute of limitations does not apply.
It should be remembered that detention in a facility is the most severe punishment that can be administered to an incorrigible, that is, a disruptive, dangerous and disobedient juvenile, that is not tried as an adult.
Since he was a juvenile, and white, and the son of a violent klansman, the issue of Donald being tried as an adult was dispensed with quickly. And yet, since Donald was still a juvenile, the records, detailing the crime(s) and the victim(s), would be sealed.
Every once in a while there is a buzz, a feeding frenzy, associated with another death-bed statement by someone who knew the details, because they were related to the victim(s), or had played a part in the now decades-long coverup, who wanted to unburden themselves before they closed their eyes.
... everyone has access to the gates of hell, it's the Pearly Gates, which often prove elusive
Whenever one of these attempts to let the truth come out emerge, a Michael Cohen type, or one of his predecessors would do what they do for the Donald, i.e., threaten the families of the statement giver with all manners of horrible things if they should talk to anyone about what they know, and when that did not work, a capture and kill the story scenario sometimes did. And, for all of those who think that the Donald and his racist club-wielding klansman father were not capable of worse, think again. 'Turn off the mags, they are not here to hurt me', Trump ordered his Secret Service protection detail.
And speaking of Michael Cohen, attorney-at-law, who cable news outlets parade as though he was some sort of a popstar.
Remember this is the scoundrel of NYC taxi medallion owners, who put a veritable army of Russian Mafia taxi drivers on the streets of New York City, all instructed not to respond when members of the racialized communities, attempt to hail a cab.
And those mostly young females who grace cable news because they tout direct access to likes of Michael Cohen.
It should be remembered that everyone has access to the gates of hell, it's the Pearly Gates, which often prove elusive.
Opinions vary as to the nature of the incorrigible Donald's transgressions, the records of which are sealed under protection of juvenile records' provisions, but what we have to make such inquiries is Donald Trump.
Because of his frequently made statement that he could kill someone on Fifth Avenue and get away with it, speculation is that Donald did, in fact, cause someone's demise, or life altering injuries, physical and/or psychological. Others draw attention to Donald's embracing the Wisconsin killer, as Donald seeing the young man as a mirror image of himself as a youth, getting away with it.
Others surmise that Donald committed transgressions of a sexual nature, a readily observable and extremely well-documented life-long pattern associated with him.
This line of inquiry, draws attention to Donald's penchant for finding something intriguing, in fact, fascinating about those with sexual deviant or paraphilic interests, such as, the effeminate never-married Lindsay Graham, the 'butch' Jim Jordan of Ohio State University sex-scandal infamy, alleged sex-trafficker Matt Gaetz, and Donald's fascination and comradery with Jeffery Epstein, who just happened to structure his own 'model agency' after Donald's.
In this regard, as a 13-year-old adolescent, Donald Trump's paraphilic interests, specifically his frotteurism, was one of the first observed clinical signs of his latent sexual deviancy.
Because Donald was a juvenile at the time, the records are, in fact, sealed, and yet, from time to time, someone tries to tell what they know, and forensic analysis of the bits and pieces that have been gleaned so far, have painted a picture, and eventually the truth, the whole truth, will come out, as it always does.
... not even Fox News, little-Fox News (CNN), or sly-Fox News (MSNBC), could make the Highland Park shooter, internet self-radicalization story sick, but they tried
On four (4) separate occasions that we know of so far, the Highland Park shooter's father signed and swore to the truthfulness of the statements made on documents to get gun license certificates and permits for the weapons the shooter used to such deadly affect in Highland Park, and contemplated using on a crowd in Madison, Wisconsin, on the same day, the Fourth of July, 2022.
Nowhere on any of the sponsoring documents did his father disclose the propensity to violence that his son had not infrequently exhibited, nor did his father provide any information concerning the threats to do bodily harm to other members of his son's own family, which speaks to the fitness of his son to acquire a gun certificate and a gun permit, to own guns and rifles. Certificates and permits which allowed his son to own both the high-powered military style rifles, one of which he used to kill and maim, the other he thought about using on a second unsuspecting crown he chanced upon, later the same day hundreds of miles from the first shooting rampage.
When asked if the father was being investigated and if he could face possible charges, the local Lake County State's Attorney, sounded much like the prosecutor in the Rittenhouse case, in which, it appears that the defense, the prosecutor and the judge colluded and conspired to find him not guilty. Two people died, and Rittenhouse shot them, and yet he was found not guilty.
Whether the shooter will prevail in the civil suits against him, is yet to be seen.
Whereas, it can be suspected that the same 'white privilege' that allowed the father of the shooter to sponsor his unstable son in acquiring the certificates, permits, guns and high-powered military-style rifles, will be the predominant determination in whether or not the father ever faces any charges, and not even for providing false statements, misleading, or the omission of pertinent information on official documents.
Witness Anderson Cooper, CNN, 7 July 2022, 8PM ET, when he asked an onsite reporter who had talked to local officials about the legal liability of the shooter's father for sponsoring his acquisition of the weapons used in the mass shooting. The reporter stated that officials said that sponsoring was not a crime. And Cooper let it go at that.
Well, whereas sponsoring is not a crime, but not providing truthful answers to the questions on a sponsorship document is a crime. So, whether not the father provided truthful answers is the question, not just the simple act of sponsoring. But Cooper did not pursue the details, and left their viewers with the idea that there was nothing to investigate, which is not true.
But as I write this I have to remember that Cooper worked for Jeff Zucker, the person who while associated with NBC, before moving to CNN, brought us Donald Trump and the Apprentice. Jeff Zucker it seems had an eye for entertaining buffoons, with little regard for details and facts.
If Cooper was honest, he would have mentioned the case of the Michigan school shooter's parents, who like the Highland Park mass shooter, assisted their son in acquiring the weapons he used to lethal effect, and they are being charged for their reckless behavior, as will the father of the Highland Park shooter. If, the State's Attorney pursues this case in the same way as the Michigan prosecutors.
The victims should bring their own legal representatives into the case as soon as possible, because Rinehart is not representing them to the full extent of the law.
In fact and in law, it makes no difference what the Highland Park shooter's father says, about not knowing what his son was going to do. Because his reckless behavior helped put the means to kill in his son's hands, and he was well aware of his son's propensity to violence, and lashing out at others with lethal weapons.
After all, Eric Rinehart, the Lake County State's Attorney, has to run for re-election, in Lake County.
But we should make note of that name, Eric Rinehart, for he is ambitious.
