Trump to be indicted, multiple times, on multiple charges
... one of them would make war, rather than let the nation survive, and the other would accept war, rather than let it perish, and the war came - Abraham Lincoln, 2nd inaugural address

The Trump base, 24% and dwindling away
Trump's base - 24% - a quarter of the US population, a sad commentary, but true. It must be remembered that Trump rescinded rail safety rules, which contributed to the recent derailments in northern and southern Ohio, and in Alabama. And Trump's deregulation of certain bank rules led directly to the recent collapse of Silicon Valley Bank, and two others
24%, nearly one-quarter, of the adult population of the United States, form what has come to be known as Trump's base of supporters. Those cheering crowds, who in very carefully chosen places, relish in a total disregard for the creed, tenets and the Constitution of the American Republic.
Even the polling organization Rasmussen, (whose polls repeatedly showed Romney leading Obama in 2012 and Republicans leading Democrats in the 2018 elections) could only find 28% of American voters who strongly support the former president.
But let us take a closer look at the makeup of the audiences at Trump's clan gatherings. It should be noted that the word clan derives from the Gaelic word clann, meaning 'children'.
They are police officers, like those from Massachusetts and South Bend, who are simultaneously members of the kkk, soldiers who are under oath to defend the constitution and yet are members of the FEAR group of race-haters within the ranks of US military forces, which includes at the highest echelons of US forces - the never again group - who banned together, to slow the rise of non-whites into the upper ranks of the military and to make sure there would never again be a Colin Powell. They are the likes of Kelley, who left the White House as chief of staff and within weeks, operates a private detention centre, where asylum seekers are crammed into cages (building codes and health standards, be damned) in windowless warehouses, where they torture frightened children, forcibly taken from their parents, for the unholy sum of $750 a day per detainee, $5,250 per person, per week. Go figure.
They are self-professed salt of the earth farmers, who have from time immemorial railed against the poor of color, like Santorum did falsely in Iowa, when in reality the vast majority of welfare recipients are white, always have been and always will be.
The psychological wage, the false belief of being better than someone else, has and continues to be more important than real wages, to some. I will not pay you more, the boss tells this pathetic mass, but you can feel good to know that I pay you more than the people we both hate and despise.
Remembering that empty heads are the ultimate cause of empty bellies. And now, that mid-western and southern farmer who chants 'send her back', does not grow soybeans or canola to export to China, but lives on billions in welfare.
These farmers have a lot to cheer about, as they inflate the claims of their losses, while their workers go uncompensated, but this administration fought against a provision in the most recent farmers' welfare handout bill that would allowed the FBI to monitor claims, just as they did not monitor claims for losses in the bailout of the financial institutions.
They are some 24% of our nation's teachers, who hand out lower grades to students of color so their white students can compete with their hard-working Americans of African descent, Asian, South Asian and Hispanic counterparts. This fact contributes significantly to why America is near the bottom of the league table in math skills.
They are high school coaches who are confronted in church, as to why they are playing so many athletes of color, and told if they want to remain in that community they had better make an adjustment. Then they bow their heads in prayer while the pastor stands before a flag-draped pulpit.
They are bank tellers who tell that customer of color that it does not matter that they made a slight mistake in the spelling of their name, when that teller knows that they just created an alias name, an aka, that will affect negatively that customer's credit rating, forever.
They are the workers in our retail shops and stores who, embolden by Trump, are overtly nasty to any customer of color, and when a manager is complained to, that manager first considers that they live in that community and that law and constitution are less important than the color of one's skin in Trump's hell on earth version of America.
Senator Sherrod Brown of Ohio was interviewed on CNN recently, and asked if he knew why the shooter in Dayton, Ohio, singled out the Oregon District of that city. Freeze frame and watch his eyes go up and to the right, viewers left, as he answers, no.
Sherrod Brown knows full-well that the Oregon District of Dayton, Ohio, is an island of liberal, LGBTQ and inter-ethnic tranquility, in a sea of Nick Turner, Jim Jordan and John Kasich types, who foment and were the forerunners of the surge of white nationalism that is the hallmark of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue these days.
The Oregon District represents everything that Trump uses to keep the dwindling base in a racial murderous frenzy. As did his grandparents, his father, and now his sons and daughter(s), and to date, no one who knows, is willing to say - how many children the former president has or their ethnicity - at least not yet.
For those unfamiliar with southwest Ohio, google Ohio klan rallies and cross burning, and one quickly discovers that while Boehner was speaker and Kasich was governor, klan rallies and cross burning flourished in that part of the State of Ohio.
One of the most vicious leaders of the klan, one i is now known, regularly made phone calls to FBI director J Edgar Hoover, while he was in his office at the Justice Department, embraced Southwest Ohio. In fact, Cincinnati, Ohio, which under Kasich became the childhood poverty capital of the United States, is where Trump's father sent Donald to learn the racist real estate business, and Donald learned from some of the best. This is part of the legacy of the real estate firms that taught Trump, and not surprisingly, none of them are interested in public disclosure of this fact, but in private it is celebrated.
FDR was so concerned with the possibility of significant fifth-column activity among the affluent Germans that peopled the Clifton area of Cincinnati, where the front porches and kitchens were decorated with swastika tiles that he deployed countermeasures.
What is important here is to establish that the often heard phrase about the FBI being the finest police force in the world, must be seen through the lens of wide locally-influenced variations. And, if there is anyone out there that thinks the Cincinnati Office of the FBI could have in the past, or can now be relied upon to police their parents, relatives and classmate white nationalists, kkk and worse, well ... at least we can agree that they have done a sterling job, so far.
The same Democrat Party that Sherrod Brown represents today, has relied on people of color and new waves of immigrants for whatever electoral gains they have had. The party, who since my earliest memory of them coming to our door, would tell my parents how they were all in favor of their full participation in this republic, but they just could not push too hard for fear of a white backlash.
If, you consider that the above statement sounds like a speech by Nancy Pelosi or Adam Schiff, the message is getting through.
It is a tragedy that at a time when truth and justice is so sorely needed that cowards occupy the constitutional positions of both the presidency and the speaker of the house, this is not the first time, and most likely not the last time, either.
A few years ago, there was a shooting at a McDonald's restaurant near the Olympia shopping mall in the Moosach district of Munich, Germany, and during the first few hours after the incident, it was a shooting in a McDonald's restaurant. But within several hours after the incident the news coverage had been sanitized to a shooting in a restaurant.
Within the first few hours after the El Paso mass shooting, it was a shooting by a white man targeting Mexicans, immigrants and people of colour. 24 hours later MSNBC reports that the shooter targeted 'shoppers' in a Walmart, which by Sunday night will be shoppers in a mall in the South.
It will not be long before Alexandra E Witt of MSNBC refers to the shooters as 'southern heroes', the same 'good' people, where one Kasich-era Ohio-bred participant used his car to kill a young woman in Charlottesville. Or Cuomo will use his CNN - little fox - platform, to keep trying to rehabilitate Bannon and Scaramucci, whose political capital is clearly spent.
When the news broke initially that one of Donald's close associates, Jerry Epstein, had been arrested upon his return from a trip to Paris, it was not long before a link to secret, illegal negotiations between Epstein's lawyers and a US attorney in a 2007 sex case in Florida, was revealed. In that case, a pedophile ring of at least 11 people (which, if the case proceeded would have revealed scores of others) went un-indicted and un-prosecuted, in exchange for Jerry sleeping in a police station at night, but free each day to continue his pedophile life, unsupervised. The story read, when it first broke, that Epstein's lawyer Alan Dershowitz - attorney for the damned - had reached the plea bargain with then US Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, Acosta. Acosta had become Labor Secretary in the Trump Administration. And it was not long into the news cycle that rather than Epstein's attorney, Dershowitz, the story read Epstein's attorneys.
All references to Dershowitz wiped clean by the integrity of the press, standing firm on the principle of the public's right to know.
Most readers when they read the words Southern District in the previous paragraph, could not but begin to make comparisons to the Southern District of New York, which lends further credence to this author's previous statement that one must view the character, and the integrity of district federal law enforcement offices and their officials, "... through the lens of wide locally-influenced variations".
Presidential candidate and mayor of South Bend, Indiana, too expressed his heartfelt sympathy for the shoppers in the mall in the South. Not long ago he was admitting he had been unable to weed out the klan-leaning and white nationalist-riddled police department in South Bend, who had just, under the color of authority, shot and killed an unarmed citizen of that city, who just happened to be an American of African origin, a citizen whose people had been in this country hundreds of years before his own immigrant parents arrived on these shores.
Remembering that the top ivy-league election expert in the United States, wrote that it has not been too many years since every elected official in the entire state of Indiana had ties to the klan, including our erstwhile vice-president Mike Pence.
The 24% of Americans, the 'us' in the chant 'Jews will not replace us', openly, with the white nationalist-in-chief's prompting, violate their oath of office and/or the tenets of the American Republic each and every day of their lives.
The Walmart sale that brought so many people to their El Paso store, which ended in mass murder According to the former occupant of the White House and his race and wild-conspiracy spouting aid, Conway (emphasis on con), video games, violent movies and mental illness killed in El Paso, not someone who bought into the current administration's very public de-humanization of Mexicans, people of color and non-Christians, generally.
To add action to the words of the Trump administration, the Trump/Pence administration acts as if all nonwhites were somehow inherently less than worthy of human dignity. The Trump/Pence administration has put children in cages and suggested a final solution to get rid of the invaders, albeit perhaps confined to the Florida Panhandle, at least, initially.
This president has proposed a final solution, just as the stock he descended from had a final solution, for another group of invaders, and his followers are emboldened by the, fat, not-so-smart, but vicious fascist - il duche - in the White House, and let's not forget his klansman vice-president, Mike Pence.
The current president's father, whom Donald is still trying to please, too incited white nationalists to murder, but the invaders that his father incited to murder were Irish. In fact, the president's father was arrested at a klan rally in Queen's where, at least, one Irishman was killed, clubbed to death, and scores of others wounded.
But at that time, you arrested, but did not charge a white man for killing a light brown-skinned, but brown skinned nonetheless, Italian. The choke-hold - "I cannot breathe" - murder of its day.
The increasingly disgraced former president was sent to military academy, during an era when poor teens were given the choice of either going into the army or to jail, when their behavior became just too much for the local authorities to take. These were white kids, who only lacked discipline, the non-white ones were sent straight to jail, although certain exceptions were made to this rule to feed the slaughter fields of Vietnam.
Donald's father, pleaded with authorities, $, not to send his son to jail for ... . Rest assured there are people still alive who know what triggered Donald being sent to military school, rather than to jail, and the offence was deadly serious.
And, it was the fact that Donald escaped punishment that emboldened him to assault, rape, steal, and to boast publicly that he could shoot someone and get away with it, because he learned when he was young that if you were white and had enough money, you could get away with anything, Rittenhouse, anyone?.
This is why, even when Donald was broke (his usual condition) he claimed to be very very rich, and his friend Jerry, learned that lesson well, and modeled his empty financial empire as well as his wolf's-den teen-beauty agency after Donald's own such agency.
Since, Epstein's rather mysterious demise in custody, his financial empire, which seems to be based on the hundred's of million of dollars he accumulated in the white slavery trade (the practice of tricking or forcing white women to work as prostitutes).
And this was the most execrable part of the Acosta/Dershowitz plea bargain deal that so greatly benefited Epstein and let the other 11 people who faced indictment go free, and that is the deal classified those young girls who were tricked or forced into having sex with adults as prostitutes, and therefore, Epstein's crime was not white slavery, but soliciting prostitution. This is the reason that Acosta was made secretary of labor, because it is that agency in charge of human trafficking, and Donald wanted access to every iota of information about him and scores of others that participated in the white slavery trade.
The number of requests under the Freedom of Information Act by the press, or by the relevant committee's of congress for this information is simply non-existent, and the reason is to shield those, notable quotables, who availed themselves of Epstein's immoral services. This author will not engage in speculation concerning the circumstances of Epstein's departure from the scene, but it is worth noting that his passing came at a remarkably convenient time for some of the most influential families and institutions in the United States.
It is blatantly obvious that Trump has incited others to murder. And, on the very day that he visited two US cities where his clan members had murdered innocent children, women and men, he organized a raid on a plant of an American corporation in Mississippi. 680 individuals were taken into custody by his ICE troopers, without the least regard for the fact that there were scores of children in school and daycare that would simply be abandoned in the community, terrified and many inconsolably so. Because, We the people of the United States, in whose name everything that happened in Mississippi was done, showed the world community that cruelty to children is condoned in the beacon of democracy.
Undocumented or not, each and every one of those detained and their children have rights when they are on duly consecrated American soil. Rights which cannot be denied, barred or trampled upon. Perhaps, the highest of these rights, is not to be subjected to cruel and unusual punishments. Whose prohibition against such actions, is the jewel in the crown of who we are as Americans.
The day of reckoning, the trampling out the vintage where the grapes of wrath are stored, is inextricably intertwined, inexorably interwoven and constantly conjoined to the all those, by whom the offense cometh. Those who stand before the fateful lightning of His terrible swift sword, woe to that man, for justice will be satisfied when every drop of blood drawn by those acting under the color of authority, shall be paid by another, drawn with the sword of justice.
It is the impending demographic shift in America that is driving the hysteria among the illiberal horde. Trump and his fanatical 24% are terrified that they and their children will be treated the same way they, those who have embraced a distorted understanding of human nature, and the nature of humans, have treated others.
But those of us who live up to and by the creed, tenets and constitution of our great country, see a very different future. A nation, to paraphrase Doyle, where:
... the old days are grab and greed are on their way out. Where we are beginning to think of what we owe the other fellow, not just what we are compelled to give.
A time is coming when we shalln't we able to sleep in warm beds, while others shiver in the cold. Or, to fill our bellies in comfort, while other folk go hungry.
And we shalln't be able, or willing, to kneel before our shining alters and thank God for blessings, while others, anywhere, are kneeling in either physical or spiritual subjection ...
And, we will live to see that day ...
Historically, at times of great crises, there has always been someone who stood tall to counter the base instincts of human nature. And, we think of Lincoln, when the nation was on the brink of splitting asunder, Churchill when forces sought to decide who should live and who should not, a Kennedy or a Johnson to tame Alabama and a burning Mississippi.
But when the forces of ill-nature again hoisted the unthinkable, we had Pelosi, who had a right not to seat any of those who join the Texas lawsuit to oppose lawful election of Biden. Pelosi failed to do so. Adam Schiff, said that we are not going to treat the Republicans, the way they treated us. Who is we, Adam?
