to New EPA Regulations

Ohio deserves leadership in the US Senate.
The new EPA Utility MACT regulations have been months in the making. Hearings have been held, as the administrative rule making and regulation promulgation process requires.
Where was our State Treasurer when the public hearings were
being held and testimony given on the record that would be taken into
consideration as the new regulation was being developed? He was absent because he had nothing to offer in or to the process.
It is easier to fain opposition to a rule that has already been
made, than it is to provide convincing evidence before an EPA hearing as to the reasons why that the rule should not be brought forth.
Conventional wisdom has it that the solution to a crime is
infinitely easier that its prevention.
The US Senate campaign in Ohio will be conducted in public. And, the public will have ample opportunity to weigh the talents and experience of the candidates. And, statements issued by campaign managers will be given the proper respect that they deserve.
A recent Politico Blog expressed concern by National Republican
Party members as to the 33-year-old state treasurer’s ability to handle the glare on a bigger stage.
