St Cloud Stabbing Rampage,
New York and New Jersey Bombings
are linked globally
US and European Counter insurgency agencies suffer from both linkage and pattern blindness

Before delving into the main subject matter of this article, the apparent linkage between the New York and New Jersey bombing campaign carried out by a small but highly organized radical Islamic mujaheddin cell that existed in the New York/New Jersey area for the last several years, there are matters concerning the upcoming presidential election in the United States, the Clinton v Trump race, which in this author's opinion have not been given the attention they deserve.
Each of the brief discussions below either directly or by connotation concerns some of the most pressing problems of 2016 that are being lost amid the utter gibberish that has replaced commentary and analysis of these important issues in contemporary American discourse in association with the presidential election.

The Republican presidential standard bearer, Donald Trump, stated that it was the circumstances surrounding the withdrawal, in actuality the draw down of US forces in Iraq as orchestrated by Obama that created the power vacuum, which the Islamic State occupied.
In fact, Trump accuses Obama (and Hillary Clinton) of creating the Islamic State.
Following that logic, it was public revulsion to the cynical way the RNC, the gang of four (Romney's speech denouncing Trump, and K-sick's contention that he could win the nomination without garnering a majority of delegate votes, Cruz's vote your conscience antics at the Republican National Convention, and Paul Ryan's glowing ineptitude) that created the political vacuum within the Republican Party leaning American electorate which gave rise to the political space that Donald Trump now occupies.
In fact, it was the inane attempt by the accrual of power and money faction within the Republican Party to control the nomination process that created the political vacuum. And that is, the space that Donald Trump now occupies.

Over the last several months, knife attacks (axes, swords, etc), stabbing rampages, have shattered the sense of security in Germany, Switzerland, France and Belgium and England, and now with the stabbing rampage at the Crossroads Mall in St Cloud, Minnesota in the United States, It should be understood that we are witnessing a pattern of attacks that are orchestrated globally and carried out locally.
There is little indication to substantiate that European or North American counter insurgency and intelligence services are sufficiently aware of the global stabbing rampage campaign to mount a realistic counter offensive.
While Israel braces for an upsurge in random knife attacks, stabbing rampages, they have as loyal members of Radical Islamic Jihad containment regime duly warned their European and North American counterparts that random, indiscriminate and spontaneous stabbing rampages on civilians are not just a Middle East problem anymore ...
For those who wonder why the connection, linkage, between the stabbing rampages on the West and within Israel generally have not been covered in the western press, even faced with the rather obvious sameness with the attacks in Europe and North America, it is due to the way the western press has covered the - knife intifada - in the Middle East.
Even a cursory review of the articles on the subject in the European and North American press reveals that those news and broadcast media organisations have, almost without exception, blamed Israel for the attacks. And, given the arrival of the same stabbing rampage in their own backyards, if they continued the same logic, they would have to blame their own national governments for the attacks, which most agree is highly unlikely.
Therefore, the European and North American press has shied away from making the linkage that the stabbing ramapges are just the next phase of the global terror campaign to reach the west.
